We do not accept dogs who have behavioural problems or poor lead walking and/or recall.
We accept dogs from multiple households and cannot offer a solo booking. It is therefore important that your dog is comfortable in this environment and with other dogs.
We start with a meet and greet followed by regular walks or daycare visits in the lead up to any long stay. This is to check suitability and make sure everyone is comfortable, happy and fully socialised with any dogs they may be sharing their stay with.
Your dog will be gradually introduced to other K9 companions again this is to check suitability.
Once your dog has stayed with us, it is recommended that regular walks or visits continue, this will keep your dog socialised in the pack and comfortable for any future stays you may wish to book.
Each dog that we have the pleasure of looking after are provided with their own private bedroom where they can eat, sleep or retire to if they want to be alone however in our experience most dogs want to stay close to us and not be segregated at bedtime.
Any stay of 3 nights or more requires a one night trial stay. Once your trial stay has ended providing everyone is comfortable and happy we will then discuss next steps regarding your booking, we will ask for a small none refundable deposit to secure your booking which will be deducted from the final balance which falls due before the stay starts.
Please let us know your drop off and pickup time. If your pickup time at the end of the stay is not in the morning please be aware daycare charges will apply.
